Last of the Garden....

THE GARDEN IS STILL GROWING...WHICH IM SURPRISED AND BUT I ALMOST RIPPED OUT THE ZUCCHINI PLANT BUT IT STILL IS MAKING SQUASH...SO I LEFT IT. . . I JUST PICKED THE LAST OF THE FEW GREEN BEANS I HAD CAUSE THE WHITE FLIES ATE UP THE PLANT MOSTLY... I PICKED THE LAST FOUR TOMATOES AND I STILL HAVE SWISS CHARD AND I HAVE NEW RED SWISS CHARD COMING UP. AND COLLARD GREENS GREEN ONIONS AND CARROTS. . . I HAVEN'T HAD A WINTER GARDEN IN A LONG TIME...

I HAD A BUNCH OF SWEETPEAS STILL GROWING, HEHE THEY SMELL SO SWEET.

AND OF COURSE THERE ARE STILL PANSY'S EVERYWHERE...THE WIND BLEW THEM THIS WAY AND THAT...I LOVE THEM, I PICKED SOME AND PUT THEM IN A TINY BLUE GLASS VASE IN THE KITCHEN WINDOW...

I CALL THIS MY VICTORIAN PANSY...THEY HANG IN THE HANGING BASKET WITH RED ROBIN..HEHE..

THE OTHER DAY I WENT TO THIS ASIA MARKET CALLED THE MANILLA MARKET, IT'S HUGE HAS ALL KINDS OF VEGETABLES MEATS FISH SEA FOOD JUST TONES OF THINGS. INCLUDING DISHES UTENSILS ETC... WELL I HAD BEFORE BOUGHT SOME THINGS. FEW DISHES. BUT WHEN I WENT THE OTHER DAY THEY HAD THIS BEAUTIFUL BLUE FLOWER PATTERN... SO I ENDED OF BUYING SOME THINGS... I KIND OF WENT CRAZY 75.00 DOLLARS WORTH. I COULDN'T RESIST IT...THEY ARE LIKE FINE CHINA IT FACT...

I SOME HOW LOST MY OTHER PHOTOS SO I WILL HAVE TO RE-TAKE THEM..BUT I BOUGHT A LARGE SOUP BOWL AND FOUR SMALLER ONES TO EAT IN. FOUR SOUP SPOONS AND A LADDLE WHICH I WAS SURPRISE TO SEE IN GLASS IT'S USUALLY IN PLASTIC... I GOT A CANISTER. A LOVELY TEA POT AND FOUR CUPS TO DRINK. AND SEVERAL OTHER FLAT SOUP BOWLS AND OTHERS...I LOVE THE PATTERN... WELL I JUST CAME TO MOM'S FOR A FEW MINUTES WITH MY SISTER... SO I THINK MAYBE I WILL BE HERE TOMORROW...WELL I WISH YOU A GREAT EVENING... WITH MUCH LOVE JANICE

  1. Hello, I just popped over from Creative Carmelina's blog. She mentioned an Italian Cookie recipe that she found here. Your blog is just beautiful. I love the verses, the music, the photos. I also love all things vintage, Victorian movies, and all things tea. I am a new blogger and am trying to improve my blog all the time. I looked to see if you had a blog button? I am joining now as a follower. So happy to have found your blog! Jina

  2. That's a good little veggie harvest for November! I love the sweet smell of sweetpeas, they just smell so heavenly.
I grow rainbow swiss chard and that keeps growing right through the winter time..I sometimes can't keep up with it, it grows so quickly.

I like the dishes etc you bought, it is a lovely pattern.

    Have a great day :)
