Late waking up....

Roses, I love them....Good morning my friend, I just woke up..well I guess maybe it was because I woke up like around 3a.m. for what ever reason who knows. I think we change as we grow older. I don't think I have ever slept rite since I got married and had babies...lol..but it's so true. Once you have children your life changes forever!. Well I watched the newest Jane Eyre movie. I liked it. It was somewhat different than the other, but still good. . . I had my bible study on Friday. And we discussed about prayer.....And it said why should we view prayer as a great privilege? It would be compared to like talking to the president, it's a privilege to speak to him rite? So If Jehovah God is our maker of us, of the heaven and the universe and we to him are like tiny drops of water and grains of sand but yet he knows each and everyone of us... The bible say, first in Psalms 115:15 You are the ones blessed by Jehovah, The Maker of heaven and earth... ("WE are the ones blessed")...and in Psalms 145:18,19 it reads: Jehovah is near to all those calling upon him To all those who call upon him in trueness! and 19 "The desire of those fearing him he will perform." and their cry for help he will hear. and he will save them. Amazing isn't it...Pray is important for us to draw close to God Jehovah. To build a personal relationship with him. If we want Jehovah to listen to our prayer we much pray to him in the way that he approves. Jehovah invites us to pray to him. His words encourage us... In Philippians 4:6,7 it reads: "Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving let your petitions be made know to God: and the peace of God that excels all thought will guard your hearts. and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus." Surely we would not want to ignore such a kind provision made for us by the Supreme Ruler of the universe! It's a way to strengthen our relationship with him, specially in these troubled times. Our world is truly falling apart. If you can't see that then you are blinded by Satan and the worldly ways. Example: If you had a true friend, you would call on them always everyday in fact and you would build your relationship... well it would be the same with God.
Are there requirements to Jehovah listening to our prayers? Yes there actually are. Jehovah told the Israelite's in there day, "Even though you make many prayers, I'm not listening; with bloodshed your very hands have become filled." Isaiah 1:15, So certain actions can cause God not to listen to our prayers. One requirement is to have faith but WE must EXERCISE that faith, you can says I believe I believe but if your not doing anything about what you believe? The apostle Paul wrote. "Without faith it is impossible to pleas God well, for he that approaches God must believe that he is ...those words that "HE IS" and that he becomes the rewarder of those who seek him. Hebrews 11:6. Faith is proved by our actions. We must give clear evidence that we have faith by the way we live every day life! James 2:26, Indeed , as the body without spirit is dead, so also faith without works is dead. meaning, works is an action word rite. So if you don't put action into your faith what good will it be...

Jehovah also requires that those who approach him do so with humility and sincerity. Just like approaching the president because he is of higher position. So therefore in approaching Jehovah we should even do so much more respectful After all he is "God Almighty". . . In Genesis 17:1 Jehovah told Abram, "I'am God Almighty Walk before me and prove yourself faultless.
The most point to me about praying to Jehovah God, was this one. Is that we act in Harmony with our prayer. Jehovah expect us to do all that is within our power to work at what we pray for. Example, if we pray, Give us today our bread for this day...we must work hard at whatever available job we are able to preform. And the other was if we pray about a fleshly weakness, we must avoid circumstances and situations that could lead us into temptation. Colossians 3:5 "Deaden, therefore, your body members that are upon the earth as respects fornication, uncleanness, sexual appetite." hurtful desire, and covetousness which is idolatry. So this is what I learned from my bible study... I enjoy it tremendously. So may we all including myself put our faith into action...and may we all draw close to Jehovah God.
