~`* Good Afternoon everyone.... Thought I'd share a few things in my bedroom today.. I have changed it to Pink and white with Roses..  I was at the Goodwill A week or so ago.. and I have this comforter already but in not the best condition.. and when I went to the back of the store where they always have the Linens... To my surprise... I saw it and believe it or not it was only $10.99 in perfect condition...

~`* One side is the Pink & White strips and the other is the Roses.. I flipped it over the other day to the strips.. I love it so much.. I already had the pillow shams and cases and some sheets. but this had a set of shams as well, and like I said my old comforter is worn.. Vee had it which I didn't even know and when she moved back in , I was just thinking that I wished I could find another one.. And I did... and 10 bucks.It's funny how that happens with me I always end up finding what Im looking for.. and the price was so right...so I'm very happy..

~`* Now, If I could get my other dresser up from the storage and finish the tall one up which I just have to do a little more sanding on the drawers, my room would be complete.. I recently found a wood bed frame complete side boards and all outside two months ago, In great condition the neighbors had put it out.. I want to paint it white part way like the dressers.. But good old age, makes things hard... and transportation as well.. Hopefully soon something will come up.. But least I'm getting the pieces I want ...

~`* I love the large Roses printed on it.. then the shams have Pink Pipping around them..

~`* Roses roses and more Roses...

~`* So now I have a Bedroom full of Roses.. My favorite flower in the world... whats your favorite flower...I feel comfy when I go to sleep and comfy when I awake in the morning..

Cabbage Patch memories...

Remember those Cabbage Patch Babies..... Well this is mine that belonged to my older daughter and she is now 33 years old.. I remember getting this baby.. such a long time ago.. well she is mine now no one wanted her so she sits on my bed most of the time... I recently purchased a tiny bib for Yesteryears Embroidery..

Rainy Day in San Francisco...

~`*`~  Good afternoon everyone... No I haven't gotten my I-Pad yet.. but I will soon... I'm just on a visit at Mom's house.. just for a couple of hours.. I woke up to rain outside this morning, I don't mind the rain but I don't like to drive in it..  But I always have my Blue glass window to cheer me up.. My Violets are popping up with lovely lavender blooms...

Which always brings warmth to my heart.. I had visited my storage and found another Blue Glass little lantern.. so I placed it in the window with the other one which sits on the other side...

There is nothing prettier to me than Blue Glass in the kitchen window..specially when the sun shines through it.. But even though there wasn't any this morning the Glass still seem to shine..

It still brighten my morning up.. I love Blue Glass It's my most favorite..

One of my newest pieces is my Blue Stained Glass Tea Pot... I adore it.  I had found it at my most favorite place this past year... The Tea Shop.. The Lady told me it had been waiting for me.. cause it had been sitting for a long long time.. I was so thrilled to find it sitting on a shelf...

And my fairy which I purchased before I moved here to where I'am now...One day because it's not so far I wish to return to buy another piece.. she is so pretty...

You'd never know it was raining in my kitchen window.. less you really looked hard...

I think when I return home I will be ready for a nice hot pot of tea.. in a pretty tea cup. What about you, what has your day been like so far... ???

LADY GREENBRIAR

*`~`* Homer Laughlin's Lady Greenbriar... I just love it's rich Green color and Gold, I couldn't seem to get a good true photo this morning... 

Helo everyone, I'm here just visiting Mom... I did sell my car and soon as I get a chance I will purchase and I-Pad and be back in business at home.. 

As you know I love Homer Laughlin dishes and this one in right up there with the rest.. 

I started with the pretty Tea Pot and got it at a cheap price.. I noticed today a lot of them out over a 

hundred dollars, so glad I found one lesser... in great condition

It's a rich dark Green with pretty Gold trimmings all around and Gold handle and spout.. and a Gold tip on the lid

and the rest is a off white color...

 I only had the Tea Pot and recently had purchased some tea cups and saucers just before I had lefted 

Mom's house... 

I got four of them. the other day at the Tea shop I found a couple of Crocheted Pot Holders in Yellow & Green

 I think they match perfect... don't you..

Even the emblem on the back side looked pretty with Gold...

So since I love it so much .. I thought I would look for a few dinner plates 

I found today on bid status, four for starting at 19.00 dollars, hehe lets hope no one bids on them..

I will be very happy..

*`~ Baby food jars ~`* and the last of the Flowers...

~`* All of a Sudden we are having baby food jars..lol... well not all of a sudden but we are and I was simply bored and had saved a couple for some reason.. So anyway's like everyone else with jars I thought why not with a little baby  food jar.. I have little tiny flowers left in the Garden ~`*`~ ` `~

I thought this would be perfect... I remembered I had a pink crocheted Rose flower.. So I got out the thread and crocheted a chain.. slipped the flower through and got some pretty thick Ribbon

I love tiny flowers and tiny Pansy's....... ~`*`~ Do you...

Wrapped the Ribbon around the jar.. glued it and tied the flower around the top of the jar..

                                                 But it will be a lovely Surprise come Spring..*~`
