Sweet Sunday Afternoon...

Quite Sunday afternoon...with paper dolls...
Ann Estelle... do you know who she is.. She is a paper doll by Mary Engelbriet.. I miss her magazine so much. !!! I spent the afternoon cutting out her paper dolls I have had them forever.. I had several others cut out but I had given them to my granddaughter...

I remember playing paper dolls for hours and hours... I loved it so much..

Such fun it was cutting them out so many sweet memories of my childhood... filled my memories

One of my most favorite magazines.... I still miss it.. I have several of them and every once in a while I pull them out and go through them.... and think I will they still were being printed.... I hope you are all doing well.. Mom has been in the hospital for a month now and they are thinking to put her in a home... so things are a little hectic around home...

A quick fly bye... new things...

 Heloo everyone.. Just thought I'd try and post a quick post... Don't have time to visit today but I'm hoping on Thursday I can go by and visit some of you.. I miss so much visiting everyones blogs and seeing what their up to.. This is one of the flowers growing in the Blue Garden.. they have been blooming despite the cold... I just love them.. finally got some Blue flowers coming out of there after planting several ones.. I can't seem to remember their name..

They are nice because they are unusal and they make their own seeds... I have dry pods in the storage.. have to take them out and package them up..

Do you know what this is.... Your right it's another new Tea Pot, In Blue & White... I fell in love with it as I do everyone that I purchase...

I adore all the details that it has on the lid spout and handle... It's made by Saddler.. they call it the Blue Onion Barrel shape... I love it though..

 

It has detail everywhere...

It's of course perfect time for a new large Tea Pot... even Vee has been drinking tea because it has been so so so cold Brrrrr....

 

I also made a peep at a Goodwill and found two quilt little baby ones... One I gave for Isaiah.. and one I just kept because of the blues.. course he can use it .. when in the kitchen..

Someone made it.. It has a corner that has a babies name on it but I don't mind.. I would have never given it away ... but everyone is not me.. I just appreciate the work that goes into things...

Tiny Little Tea Pot....

~`* The Other day I went to my favorite place looking for one thing and ended up getting something else... But I simply love and adore it... It's the most sweetesst tiny tea pot ever... The flowers are just beautiful and full of color...

 I love it so much, it has a tiny rose on the top of the lid..

Can you dare to imagine some tea cups & saucers... O and even some dinner plates.. O my.......

I'd be in heaven for sure... hehehe....

The purple placemats and napkins are from the recent visit to the Goodwill... I was surprised to find them and some other things.. I will so you later.......

The purple looks very nice with it because of the deep purple flowers on the pot.. The print is on both sides of the pot as well which I really love....

The name is Fondeville Ambassador Ware.. I looked it up but didn't find to much.. just the same I love the Tea pot.............. I have some plain beige tea cups... that will match just fine...

~`* Good Afternoon everyone.... Thought I'd share a few things in my bedroom today.. I have changed it to Pink and white with Roses..  I was at the Goodwill A week or so ago.. and I have this comforter already but in not the best condition.. and when I went to the back of the store where they always have the Linens... To my surprise... I saw it and believe it or not it was only $10.99 in perfect condition...

~`* One side is the Pink & White strips and the other is the Roses.. I flipped it over the other day to the strips.. I love it so much.. I already had the pillow shams and cases and some sheets. but this had a set of shams as well, and like I said my old comforter is worn.. Vee had it which I didn't even know and when she moved back in , I was just thinking that I wished I could find another one.. And I did... and 10 bucks.It's funny how that happens with me I always end up finding what Im looking for.. and the price was so right...so I'm very happy..

~`* Now, If I could get my other dresser up from the storage and finish the tall one up which I just have to do a little more sanding on the drawers, my room would be complete.. I recently found a wood bed frame complete side boards and all outside two months ago, In great condition the neighbors had put it out.. I want to paint it white part way like the dressers.. But good old age, makes things hard... and transportation as well.. Hopefully soon something will come up.. But least I'm getting the pieces I want ...

~`* I love the large Roses printed on it.. then the shams have Pink Pipping around them..

~`* So now I have a Bedroom full of Roses.. My favorite flower in the world... whats your favorite flower...I feel comfy when I go to sleep and comfy when I awake in the morning..

Cabbage Patch memories...

Remember those Cabbage Patch Babies..... Well this is mine that belonged to my older daughter and she is now 33 years old.. I remember getting this baby.. such a long time ago.. well she is mine now no one wanted her so she sits on my bed most of the time... I recently purchased a tiny bib for Yesteryears Embroidery..
