I have things to share with you but aren't able at this time.. For some reason my phone and aol aren't connecting.. So I have to use photos from online.. The weather outside today unfortunately is not so hot ..It looks like a winter day coming about... I have been sitting here trying to go home but I can't find the motivation with in myself to get up and go.. Isn't that funny I had been really wanting to go bad .. and Mom's in the hospital so it should be easy right ... NOT, I don't know why but I seem to be stuck in this kitchen chair...It's as if someone has glued me to it... I feel like im molding into it...........

Lovely Autunm... Soon will be about us. Just 11 more days and it will be offically here........................

Have you ever wished you had a attic room.. are just a huge walkable attic.. I do.. all the time. Mom has a attic but its so full you can't really enjoy it .. It get horribly hot up there so you can even go up there on a hot day.. I would love to have this delightful attic room.. I have made myself a cold meatloaf sandwhich.. It reminds me of my Grandmother, she would make meat loaf and the next day you would see her putting on some mayonaise to a piece of bread and a cut of meatloaf to that .. I remember her walking by holding it .. It is funny the things you record in you mind from your child hood.. she was a forward straight woman.. who died her hair a alburn red and when she had no dye is had a huge two inch wide streak of grey from from to back it seemed anyway to me..She was a good cook who prepared some Russian foods like Piroscki.. But so not like all the ones you see about in the stores on even on line.. My Grandmother baked hers in the Oven never ever fried them..

Filled with Hamburger and Cabbage.. topped with warm Butter & Milk as they were baking in the oven.. 
This was my first time making them.. Mom helped me with the recipe, because her original one has been mis placed.. My Grandmother also used sour cream in her dough which no one else does either.. And to my suprise they came out just like hers even though my twisted part wasn't quite the touch she had.. But i'm assuming that came with much practice.. 

Today would be the most perfect day for these delights with a pot of beef vegetable soup... So soon as I have some free time I will be making them soon.......
Though as for today I will just sit quitely and Crochet .... Wishing you all a great afternoon with love Janice

Another Day to Be Grateful for...

I'm so grateful to have God in my heart, My only wish is to be able to fully follow his comandments .. I'm grateful to know of him and appreciate him and all that he has given me.. Mom dying is a really hard thing.. and I believe if I didn't know about Jehovah and Everlasting Life that he offers I wouldn't have the comfort that I do... He has promised those who Listen to him and do his will, will surely receive Life Ever Lasting..

My bible study today was good for me: as it usually is when the time is needed it seems to be the right words always pertaining to what my needs are at the moment.. I was in great need of loving words..

" What is the Good News, you may ask... Jehovah wants his people to enjoy life on earth. He created it for that purpose.. The words, soon he will provide a better future for people in every land is very heart warming. He will relieve then of the causes of suffering..        Jeremiah 29:11..
"For I myself well know the thoughts that I'am thinking toward you, is the utterance of Jehovah, "thoughts of peace and not of calamity, to give you a future and a hope."
He himself has said this,
 Realization, No government has ever succeeded in elimination violence, disease, or death. But there is more Good News, shortly, God will replace all human governments with his own governments.  It's subjects will enjoy peace and good health.                          Isaiah 25:8

" He will actually swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from their faces. And the reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth, for Jehovah himself has spoken.. "

God's Word foretold the conditions that now threaten mankind. Current events indicate that God's time to act is close.
Suffering will end only when God clears the earth of bad people.     Zephaniah 2:3

"Seek Jehovah, all you meek ones of the earth", Who have practiced His own Judicial decision. Seek righteousness seek meekness Probably you may be concealed in the day of Jehovah's anger.

Signs of the Times:   2 Timothy 3: 1-5  But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here.   2, For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, self-assuming, haughty blashphemers, disobedient to parents. unthankful, disloyal. 3, Having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, with out self control, fierce with out love of goodness. 4, betrayers headstrong puffed up with pride, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God. 5, Having a form of godly devotion but probing false to it's power and from these turn away...

All this helps me to know that Mom has a good change to have Ever Lasting Life with God... And that if I truly Love and Trust in him and adbid by his commandments I to will have that Gift Of Ever Lasting Life and see my Mom again...

I'm truly blessed with Jehovah's words of wisdom and kindness and loving caring that he is and that he has given me.. I'm very grateful for all the bible teachers that I have had every step of the way and that God is gracious and hasn't given up on me.. Amen..

Monday Morning................

The San Francisco weather has been amazing the last few days.. Really days of summer finally.. but nights of heat in a stuffy old room filled with junk and stacked boxes is not the ideal...

At any rate, The warmth of the day rolls into the evening and all the little mosquitos are roaming about.  looking for their target.. lol which seems to be me.. Warm days and sticky nights.. But that's real summer right... Well I have gotten my new Rose Cake Platter on Friday it arrived pretty as can be..

I can't wait to bake a cake and serve it on my plate.. it will go well with my Royal Albert American Rose tea cup and saucers and Rose tea pot.. and I can use my tiny bread plates for serving the cake in as well which I had thought were lucheon plates.. but I'm thinking I hadn't read the description well enough... but all and all they are the cutest ...So Roses and Roses and more roses...

The most beautiful roses ever....

How can you resist them, I can't I only wish my Garden ones would get good and bloom..

The Roses on the bread plates, I think they all go together one way or another..Maybe we will use this Rose tea pot...

Or perhaps this Rose tea pot...
