Changes🙂

     🍃🌸Hello everyone, yes I know I haven’t been around for a while I haven’t done any visiting either.  I’m sorry I just haven’t had the time.  There are things going on at mamas house changes.  We have finally almost completely empty the downstairs except for a pile of paints and chemicals quite large...  and and corner of my oldest daughters things.  And a few other miscellaneous stuff but not much.  And now through a special program who purchased one dumpster and some volunteers from Wells Fargo bank who helped remove a good amount of junk.  Now the program is helping me fix thekitchen  and hallway up stairs.   They are called Rebuilding together San Francisco..  God has blessed with their help.  We  had to totally remove the deck for now and put in a window for safety reasons.  

     They started last week to remove the sliding glass doors and they put a window in.    It is a big change we had a large deck for 35 years but everything is to expensive and I can not afford it right now.

     Putting the framing in to build a wall and a window.  Mama house has a amazing view of the San Francisco bay and the Bay Bridge..

     Window in..  and it is finished.  Tomorrow they come to put kitchen cabinets in.  This house hasn’t had kitchen cabinets since they tore up the kitchen some 35 years ago nor paint it was just sheetrock only and some meg shift cabinets.  It will be a huge change and a new beginning.  Part of erasing the ugly past.  I’m exciting and how should I explain emotional of losing the deck and having to move soon and adjust to more change.  I’m 60 years old now and I’m done with change and all so I would like to be.   But I’m so very grateful for their help and volunteers.  They are all amazing people who work regular jobs and give their time to help people in communities who are elderly or who can or don't have the income to do it theirselves...  They are a great thing.  

      This is me just before we move to the family house with my great uncle Mike...

     Me and my oldest brother Gary who left us in 1987 to rest in peace...  the original kitchen area I wish I had a full picture of it.  This is basically the new window area their was a huge pane window before they tore it up.  

     The door way I'm sitting in was a back indoor porch which they tore out and evened it out and was suppose to be the new kitchen area which they never completed.. they will also be putting in a new floor.  We wanted to move the stove to this area but there wasn't enough funding to move the gas lines so I'm hoping later I can do that.  The stove is still in the older part of the kitchen which is a distance.  The kitchen is a huge L shape this part being the lower part of the L..  it is like knocking the L down lol toward the lol.. get it..😃. 

     This is the end of the long part we will be getting a new stove though and a hood but will for now remain in this area..  and later we will change the dryer to the opposite side of the kitchen to meet the washer and maybe build a door cabinet you know.. lol cant think of the right words the changing of the pipes will be around five thousand.  But because we need the new electrical box more that needs to be done first.  But honestly I couldn’t ask for more than what they are doing.  And I can’t thank them enough.  And just sending thank you note don’t seem enough either.  I been thinking maybe I can host a dinner or a lunch after it is finished.  

     That’s my oldest daughter Stephanie...  and this is the long part of the L shape. And if you go straight make a left thats where the short part is.  Straight away was the sliding doors..  it is so strange I can’t imagine it done.  Just to see the mud on the walls was amazing.  

     The long hallway they’ve already washed it down because thats new sheetrock I helped do that they sanded the trim down and already put primmer on the trim.  It will be painted on the big day which is national rebuilders day all over.  And a new floor will go down.. it all makes me cry.  God is so amazing, so amazing.  Nothing is impossible with him..  I give Glory and Praise and all honor to Him and my savior Jesus Christ.  My granddaughter is having a baby which will be seven generations in this house.  But now it will walk in the LORD, This House belongs to Him...

     It has just been madness these last several weeks.  Hauling things out of the downstairs packing moving thing cleaning messes etc..

🌿🦋🌼🌹Finally recovery...

     🍃🌼Good lovely morning everyone..  I believe I have finally recovered from being ill..  Yay!!!   Thank you everyone for your well wishes so appreciated very much so..And after days and days, well it seemed like it..  it has finally stopped raining.  Double yay!   The sun is out again today and I’m thrilled to see Mr. Sun 🌞 I have still so much to do at mama’s house cleaning out the cabinets totally is required so they can paint the kitchen and put up real cabinets instead od makeshift ones.  And on Friday getting a smal dumpster to remove the remaining things downstairs..  This is tuff at 60 and a broken down body.  But have to do it.  With the LORDS strength not my own.  This is how I have managed so far.  Unfortunately I don’t think I’m getting my yellow walls.  The place that is helping me have a certain paint pallet,  but maybe later,  I’m just grateful at what they are doing for free at that.   God is so amazing.  Mama’s house is pretty broken and I plainly don’t have that kind of money.  Just don’t ..  I asked God fo clean and decent and safe and thats what He is giving me.  Praise and Glory to Him.  🙏❤️

      🍃🌼Well I have a busy rest of the week and the whole month of April.  That is when all the work will be done and a big day at the end of April..electrical work etc.. I thought I’d share some Pioneer woman today with you..

     🍃🌼These are some new placemats for me but been around for a while now..  they were $24.00 dollars for four, and for me seemed quite a bit

So I let it be.  One day months back I found two on discount for 75 cents each but couldn’t find more..  all of a sudden online they became $13.00

Dollars for four so excited I purchased them.  I love the bright colors of them.  

     🍃🌼I also purchased two packs of these new napkins...

     🍃🌼All her things mix and match, I love that idea...  the canisters I purchased a few months back...

     🍃🌼 This is Rose shadow which I love, it truly feels vintage to me.  One day I hope to get the dish set to this.

She just came out with a strainer/colander and suppose to bring out a rolling pin..  great idea Pioneer woman..

      🍃🌼A quick place setting...  different napkins....

      🍃🌼Now a quick post about my sweet potatoes

I use around five to six large sweet potatoes.  Peel and cute into large cubes..  and them to a 

Pot of water bring to a boil and boil till tender..  drain and place into a baker.  You can either 

Smash or leave them as they are sprinkle with brown sugar dot with butter and if you want 

Sprinlke around some evaporated milk top with marshmellows bake around 25 mins at 350’.  Or until 

Marshmellows are golden..  Keep a watch 🧐❤️🙂

My Chatter

     🍃🌷🦋.    Hello dearest, I can’t believe it is spring already..  where do I start as you know I was sick for about three weeks,

 got well for a few day only to get a relaspes ..  sick for another week pushed myself to get to church but when Sunday came I was

 really finished, went home and died..  but funny thing was I got well in a few days, Thank the LORD for a fast recovery...

     🍃🌷🦋.    Since then it has been mad house things are happening with mama’s house.  There is this program for San Francisco

 home owners.  I was some how hooked up with them back when mama passed on.  But unfortunately they couldn’t help me..

  they tried to help again couple years later but still couldn’t  except for a couple of  fire alarms which I was grateful for.  They sent me 

a letter saying they couldn’t help.  So I thought that was it..  months later I got this phone call saying they were coming to see me.  I 

got confused and told the lady I thought that you couldn’t help.  She said oh no Yes we are..  I was amazed, but had realized this was 

the LORD’s doing My Heavenly Father stepped in...  so we did a walk through again.  And it was determined we needed another debris

box.  So they set it up not only a debri box came but about 10 volunteer’s came and the Lady in th meantime my son and his wife had went 

through a ton and had a huge pile of things ready to toss.  

     🍃🌷🦋.    They came last week and it was fabulous..  to watch this happen is amazing.  I don’t know if or how you believe in God but 

I surely do..  His word says seek me and everything else will be added to you....  They paid all expesses the dumpster the workers volunteered 

their time they brought lunch..  They were all amazing with smiles on their faces warm and loving and helpful

I can’t express enough gratefulness to them or to God...  The LORD has broken the chains torned down the walls of sadness and evilness that 

Lived  in that house for years.  Thank you Jesus Christ my Savior and God almighty and the Holy Spirit...  Last week mama has been gone four 

years now.  

     🍃🌷🦋.    So to continue,  we are getting another small dumpster.  They are coming to work on the electrical...   then fix a kitchen and 

repair and paint the upstairs..  mama never had a kitchen for about thirty five years...  my dad tore it up and no one ever completed it..  and they 

lived that way till mama died...  I can’t believe that there will be a kitchen ...  The LORD IS GREAT!!!   I didn’t know which way to turn before 

I was over whelmed with it all...  I sat in my livingroom for eight months feeling lost and alone but God found me I’ve always known God but not 

like I know Him now.  He has made Himself known to me clearly.   I PRAISE HIM AND GIVE HIM GLORY... AMEN.

     🍃🌷🦋.    This is what I chose for mama’s house.  Yellow walls brite and cheerie...  white cabinets..  I can’t wait... 

Hallelujah LORD....   I Keep singing a song in my head.      .  “.This is the day that the LORD has made...”    There is so much 

To be done...  But I know in my heart the LORD has got me He is changing things in this family.   Trust in the LORD with all 

Your heart and all your soul with all thy mind and with all thy strength this is the first commandment. Mark 12:30...  YES LORD,

THANK YOU JESUS THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU....  PRAISE AND GLORY 

TO YOU..  FATHER AND JESUS CHRIST MY SAVIOR HOLY SPIRIT...
