I have stayed home today and it is just so darn quiet ... I didn't get much sleep last night so quiet is just fine by me.. Sharing my new teapot again.. I think it is perfect for our changing from summer to Fall.. I went into the storage and dug out a teacup that I have never shared or used yet...
A golden depression teacup. I have several in pink and two years ago decided to buy some golden ones. The pattern is full of Roses... Sharon Cabbage Rose is the name.. I have quite a few pieces in the pink glass.. Which I also found years ago on Dad's truck...
I think it goes well with this new teapot... Being that it has roses and yellow golden flowers...
I also choosed my golden angel tray for the occassion ... Tea in the morning...
One of my favorite pictures I found thrifting of course with mama...
I love angels....
Love these pretty candle holders...
Tea is ready, so wishing a rest of a wonderful Saturday with love Janice

Janice, how pretty! It's nice to have different choices when you're having a quiet day at home, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteHi Janice,
ReplyDeleteYour new teapot is lovely. Is it a Sadler? So pretty with the gorgeous amber glass teacup and candlesticks. Your cherub tray is beautiful too! Blessings, Karen.
I have seen the rose teacups in pink, but never in gold. very lovely. Your father's truck? Have you posted of his truck and I missed it? Sounds interesting. You know I love a good family story about treasures from the past!
