I love love this teapot... They were like really, my grandaughter really grandma you like it,YES A BIG FAT YES! It really captures my soul. I can see my whole dinning room table set with this pattern...
It speaks elegant to me...
It's maker is Coalport called Countryware... Made in England... They run from 100 to 150.00 dollars on line... Hehe, I got mine for a wopping $15.00. It is like brand new, like no one ever used it,
it was just a bit dusty... So this morning I washed her all up...
Their dishes are upstairs on the top floor... I first saw this set of four Blue glass salad plates very
nice with no sratches at all for cheep so I decided to purchase them...
They match my large platter... So I'm thinking a Blue glass tea party because I also have Blue
Tea cups but in a different pattern. Which is fine... So I walked further on and I spotted a Blue and White tea pot but no lid... Then I saw a different white teapot then I turn and saw the lid to the Blue and White teapot so I placed in on top and turn and saw my sweet White cabbage one... I couldn't believe it at all... So I checked her out totally perfect... Then to the price it said $15, and I told me it's barely nothing remembering the prices on line and that was it. So I ber in my basket... And I was walking away I saw another one with gold and rose buds but not lid... Couldn't it anywhere's sadly because it was another one I admired online... Was only $7.99, but I figured that one had no lid period... It must had been someones collection... But I'm very happy with my cabbage pot, period!!!
I chose this tea cup for tea this morning to bring some cheer... It's by Ansley, Fine Bone China
Made in England as well... It is more of a heavier type not so delicate in feel but looks dainty in looks...
I love the look. Very much Spring time... With beautiful colorful flowers and and colorful cute
bird as well...
Wouldn't mind owning more pieces from this pattern as well... But this runs a bit up there
As well...
OH YES My Dear.... Happy Cabbage Saturday to YOU Too.... So love that new cabbage-y teapot!

Love the beautiful contrast of cobalt blue against pure white - particularly the blue teapot against the white curtains. Beautiful window - full of happiness!
ReplyDeleteOooooo, I love that bird tea cup and saucer. It's one of the prettiest ones I've seen, Janice. It rained here this weekend, and we surely needed it.
