QUITE SATURDAY AFTERNOON & IMITATION CRAB SALAD

IT'S SEEMS TO BE A QUITE AFTERNOON HERE IN SAN FRANCISCO, MOST FOLKS ARE AT THE CARNIVAL. I HAVEN'T GONE IN A LONG WHILE...SO IM JUST HANGING OUT WITH MOM AS USUAL. I COULD HAVE WENT TO A BABY SHOWER, BUT PANIC WAS WORKING ON MY SINCE MY GRANDDAUGHTERS GRADUATION. SO I THOUGHT SINCE I WAS SITTING HERE I WOULD SHARE MY SALAD WITH YOU...
FRESH CRAB SALAD (USING IMITATION)
INGREDIENTS:
ONE FRESH HEAD OF ICEBERG LETTUCE CUT UP INTO LIKE CUBES
FRESH IMITATION CRAB, BROKE INTO PIECES
TWO SMALL TOMATOES, CHOPPED
ABOUT THREE GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED THINLY
ABOUT A CUP OF FROZEN PEAS, PUT INTO A SM. BOWL
AND ADD SM. AMOUNT OF WATER DEFROST FOR A MIN
DRAIN SET ASIDE
MAYONNAISE
SALT
PEPPER
FRESH LEMON

BREAK UP THE CRAB INTO PIECES, SQUEEZE LEMON OUT OF THE ONE LEMON AND SALT AND PEPPER AND SET ASIDE, WASH YOUR LETTUCE AND OTHER INGREDIENTS..CHOPP THEM UP. START ADDING THEM TOMATOES ONIONS PEAS LETTUCE MIX IT ALL UP AND ADD MAYONNAISE MIX CHECK SALT PEPPER AND LEMON ADD MORE IF NEEDED SERVE...
I LOVE MY KITCHEN....
