Faux Clotted Cream...
Yield: 1 cup
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon sour cream
* In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream confectioner's sugar. Beat at high
speed with a electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add sour cream, beating at
low speed until incorporated and desire consistency is achived.
* Serve immediately, or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to
a day.
