A new Victoria always helps to un-winded the mind... It is always welcomed into my live... Seeing the beauty in the pages helps me release some of the over whelming in sites of my mind...
A of course a hot cup of loving tea in a favorite cup from the past...
And maybe a slice of Pink cake like the panaderia makes... I'm always searching on line for something and half the time not even knowing what... I guess something different, not quite sure... But I found this recipe for this La Panaderia's Mexicam Pink Cake...
It was fun and simple it got eaten quickly so I suppose it was a hit, lol ...
So Victoria and hot cuppa and lovely Pink Cake...
What lady wouldn't want that...
Tea traditons...
Atmosphere of Hospitality... Tables set, fragrant flowers in vases, and chairs ready to be filled Love this white and gold teapot set... So pretty...
Indigo Splendor... Classic Blue and White china...
This sounded interesting to me, I love Olives and I believe Rosemary is good for the mind.. Though I have never eaten a savory scone before... I would love to try these...
Welcome Spring, i like this, looks some what a bit rustic with a Spring elegance...
Soon Spring will be among us again... I wish at times that I lived in the south and I had a house with a front porch...
The Carolina Inn, wouldn't it be nice to go around the world visiting tearooms and inns... I would
Surely love it... Tasting all the different delites and tea in different beautiful teapot cups and saucers...
The Valentine Tea, a short story, in Victoria magazine...
This is a photo of my Rosca Reyes, Three Kings bread... A day that the Mexican culture celebrates in Mexico on the 6th if January... When the three Kings came to see baby Jesus... They make this bread in celebration of that on that day. It was my first time making it... My family said it was good...
Hi Janice...That was a nice peek into Victoria Magazine. Love that publication. Hope your weekend is filled with love, too, and all good other things. Susan
ReplyDeleteThat was a lovely thought travelling around the world trying all the different teas and fancies. I have never tried a olive and rosemary scone but I am rather partial to a cheese scone. Have a good weekend.
ReplyDeleteI love a savoury scone but have to admit I have never tried an olive and rosemary one.
ReplyDeletePretty pictures.

Oh my goodness - those cakes are making me hungry, and I've just had breakfast! Love the china too. I like that magazine and always try and get a copy of it when I'm in the US or Canada.
