gOOd aFTERNOOn

gOOD AFTERNOON MY FRIENDS, IT'S ANOTHER WARM FALL DAY...FEELING A LITTLE BIT LESS TIRED TODAY.. SO GLAD I'M DONE WITH MY TESTING. I DIDN'T LIKE IT MUCH. IT WAS FOR COLON CANCER. I DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE THE OTHER ONE SO THIS WAS THE LAST RESORT... COULDN'T EAT ANY BEEF PORK OR LAMB FOR SIX DAYS. THE FIRST DAY THAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO START I FORGOT. SO I STARTED LATE BY ONE DAY...PHEW IT'S OVER WITH..I'M MAKING BEEF STEW RITE NOW AT MOM'S HOUSE AND WE WILL STAY FOR DINNER SO I DON'T HAVE TO COOK AGAIN AT HOME. PLUS MOM LIKES THE COMPANY.
SO I STARTED OUT WITH SOME BEEF STEW CUBES CUT THEM A LITTLE BIT SMALLER IN SIZE, BIT SIZE... GOT ABOUT A CUP OF FLOUR AND FLOURED THEM UP AND SALT AND PEPPERED THEM..GOT A FLAT WIDE 8 INCH TALL POT... PUT FEW TABLESPOONS OF OIL HEATED IT UP ADDED THE MEAT AND STARTED BROWNING IT. IN THE MEAN TIME SLICED A WHOLE MED. WHITE ONION AND A LARGE CLOVE OF GARLIC. LEAVE THE ONION SLICED AND CHOPP UP THE GARLIC. AFTER THE MEAT IS ALMOST BROWNED ADD THE ONION AND GARLIC BROWNING FOR A MINUTE. THEN ADD A FEW TABLESPOONS OF FLOUR TO MAKE YOUR GRAVY... SPRINKLE IT ALL OVER THEN STIR THE FLOUR IN KIND OF COOKING IT FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES SO IT DON'T TASTE LIKE FLOUR LATER. THEN SLOWLY ADD WATER A LITTLE BIT STIR THEN MORE STIR TILL YOU HAVE SEVERAL CUPS MAYBE FIVE NOT SURE NEVER MEASURED IT. BUT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TELL.

THEN ADD SALT PEPPER, THREE BAY LEAVES, LIKE TEASPOON OR SO OF KITCHEN BOUQUET AND SOME WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE PHEW THAT WORD..HAD TO GET THE BOTTLE TO SPELL IT LOL KEPT SPELLING IT WRONG. BUT yEAH THAT STUFF.

Finished product..................
THEN ADD A SMALL AMOUNT OF BEEF BOUILLON LIKE TEASPOON OR SO..TO GIVE BETTER FLAVOR. TURN DOWN THE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR ONE HALF HRS FOR SURE MAYBE TO... THE LAST TWENTY MINS. HAVE YOUR CUT UP CARROT READY AND YOUR LARGE CUBE POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS OR PEAS WHAT EVER YOU LIKE I'M PUTTING CARROTS PEAS AND POTATO TODAY..EAT WITH BUTTER FRENCH BREAD AND STEAM RICE IF YOU LIKE...I HOPE YOU ENJOY IT. I HAVE BEEN MAKING THIS FOR 30 YEARS NOW..WOW LONG TIME... MUCH LOVE HAVE A GREAT AFTER NOON...JANICE.

NICE COZY DINNER WITH A LOVELY CUP OF TEA AFTERWARDS AND A SWEET..............WINK.
