Good morning to you....

Good morning dearest...  There is sunshine today but it is a tad chilly...  I ran to the trash and decided the garden needed a bit of water...  Lol so in my jammies I quickly turned the water on and ran around in my jammies and garden shoes watering the garden..  Ran back inside to a warm cozy kitchen, my daughter had turned on the heat.  Thank goodness and the water had started boiling for tea.  So I said to me it is a beautiful morning so let me start it with a pretty teapot cup and saucer ...   So off I went to pick them out...  And of course its always best to give them a washing cause you never know whos climbed inside..  Hehe..

The sun is shinning through the kitchen window...  I decided to be pretty in blue. So I Picked my Sonoma teapot with pretty blue and white..  And my vintage Japan teacup and saucer..  Which always reminds me of Beatrix Potter...  In these children videos I have she has a teacup blue and white though I'm sure it is from England..  But just the same it reminds me of her and I do love her so...

The last of the little tomato's from the garden...

I do love this teapot as well...  The colors are more stronger in person..

Deep rich blues are my most favorite, besides Roses...  I'm not sure how I developed such a love of blues...
Covered the little raggity tray in a vintage embroidered cloth. And a vintage napkin probably from the 80's..
And a lovely Calico cereal bowl for my oatmeal because my tummy is hungry...  And my new teabag holder...  Though I will use it for my spoon instead..  The bags will remain in the teapot...

What could be better roses and blue flowers...  All trimmed in gold...
And we mustn't forget betsy creamer for a spot of cream in my oatmeal just a tiny bit...

         Ready...
I love these mornings when you can wake up and feel great despite whatever else is going on...

I wish you a fabulous day today...  I'm off for tea and a little breaskfast and then it is a shower and some more work in the living room...
              💙🍃💙🍂💙🍃💙 With love always, Janice💙🍃💙🍂💙🍃💙

  4. The blue is so pretty. I often go out in my pajamas to open the chicken house door and then pick up the hose or get distracted and forget to come back inside. I'm going to try your suggestion one of these days and make a pretty tray for myself. Thank you.

  7. Your Betsy creamer made me smile, Janice. Your blue and white teawares blend together beautifully. I was surprised to learn that you've only gone thrifting a couple of times. Since international shipping rates are so pricey, I've acquired most of my teawares from thrift stores.

    1. I used to go thrifting a lot with mama... Then myself.. But I kind of slowed it down. I have so many things... And here is San Francisco, it doen't seem to be the place to find things like before vintage.. It has changed.. Well the flea market.. Bit since my car broke I haven't gone.. Hugs and thank you my dear ...

  8. Dear Janice, love your blue and white collection. Who wouldn't love a pretty breakfast try filled with the gorgeous blue and white tea set? I often go out in my pjs as well. In the winter, I tend to stay in my pajamas longer. I hope you have a fabulous weekend. Love and blessings to you.

  10. Beautiful blues Janice, I really love that little cow creamer. It must be a joy to have breakfast from such a pretty set of blue tableware. I'm collecting different blue tableware because it's my favorite color.
Have a great new week! Today we have our first November storm, it's pretty dangerous on the roads.

  11. Truly beautiful, and just what is needed as it cools down! The blues are so deep and soothing. We have been cleaning things out of the house and hubby's side of the garage was full, and we had our first snow! He wants it out so he can park in the garage, so worked on that today! Always something as the weather cools.
