What I have been up too...Post Two....

well I just thought I would do a post two, to share with you the doily that I have been making I'm just about finished I have two rows left...I think I told you humm did I..??? well I found this pretty pink and white doily at the Tea house store. . for Five dollars and I have copied it and this is the results of it...I wanted to make it totally in lilac but I ran out of the thread then lol I started to change it to a dark purple and ran out of that..my goodness..so I ended up using this sage green to finish up

The lilac...I started with.

Busy working away at it...I was so determined to finish it yesterday, I spent the whole day crocheting. The darker purple (next color)

It's perfect for my pansy tea cups...don't you think...

here is the edging of it, Mom didn't really like the sage green she said, but she always doesn't like something or another...I really like it..and I plan to use it when I do my Tea Party...I just have to locate a Pansy Tea Pot...
I really love the pattern and I'm so glad that it was easy enough for me to copy it...I love love those that I can duplicate. ..

Some of the photos aren't the greatest...one day I will have a good camera..don't know when though. Please continue reading for today I posted two post ... I have more to share but don't have the time to post another...thank you for stopping by and sharing my life with me...have a blessed evening with love Janice

  1. Hi Janice, your doily is lovely. I like the lilac and purple, and I think the sage green looks lovely with those colors too. You said you were crocheting all day. Sometimes I do that too, I start crocheting and then just cannot stop, lol.

  3. Beautiful doily -- I envy anyone who crochets -- it is such an art and getting to be a lost art!
